Swimming last night, managed 26 lengths so well pleased with that. Problem with the chlorine in the water though, very pink eyes by the time we finished, Si sneezing all night as well. Headache this morning after swimming so cancelled tempo run and plan it for tonight after work, see how I go, it needs nailing now - come on Fi get a grip!!
